Hotel St. Sophia Hyatt Regency has a total construction area of 34 600m², located in downtown Kiev. Construction work commenced in 1997 by the first Owner Steva Sofia. In 2004, a new contract was signed with the new owner “Sofia Kyiv” for completion of the partially finished façade as well as finishing remaining construction works and FF&E.

The hotel has a total of 234 guestrooms, 1 (one) King Size Apartment, 24 Luxury Suites, 1 (One) Restaurant, 3 Bars, The Regency Club, A Business Center, a Ballroom (1000m²), 9 Meeting Rooms equipped with State-Of-The-Art multi-purpose equipment and systems, and Underground Car Park.
