• Review of Master Terms Agreement “MTA” signed by United Technologies Companies “UTC”, USA and Bilfinger Germany,
• Review of the Local Agreements “LA” signed by United Technologies Companies “UTC”in Poland and  Bilfinger Poland.
• Review of: Baseline Cost Data, Scope of Work “SOW”, Management Fee, Management Fee at Risk “MFAR”, Purchase Orders, Guaranteed Savings, Operational Responsibility and Cost of Bilfinger Contracts at each UTC Participating Sites in Poland.

Technical Report with recommendations was prepared for Bilfinger Company Poland and Bilfinger Germany regarding the IFM Contracts for the United Technologies Companies “UTC” Participating Sites in Poland.
