Mechanical Construction Design Services were provided for CEVRIM Ltd.

The hotel has 169 guestrooms, Lobby Bar, Regency Club, Meeting Rooms, Restaurants, Business Center, Kitchen, Laundry Facility and Car Park.

Construction Design Services were provided for Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC Installation for the following equipment and systems:

• Water Treatment Station,
• HVAC Equipment,
• Air Cooled Chillers: 5 sets x 950 kW/ea.,
• Steam generators (2×1600 kg/h),
• Boilers: 3 sets x 1600 kW/ea.,
• Fire Protection Systems; Sprinkler; Fire Hydrant; and Fire Ventilation,
• LPG and natural gas distribution, diesel fuel storage and distribution,
• HVAC Controls and Building Automation System (BAS).
